Samaritan Albany General Hospital (SAGH) and Samaritan Health Physicians are part of Samaritan Health Services, which covers a three-county region. SAGH is a 76-bed acute care center that has served Albany residents since 1924. Services include a trauma level III emergency department, critical and cardiac care unit, physical rehabilitation and hand therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes education, laboratory, orthopedic services, cosmetic services, comprehensive imaging services, occupational medicine and home health care including hospice.

In 2008, SAGH opened the Samaritan Medical and Diagnostic Center in North Albany, which boasts the Samaritan Albany Cancer Resource Center, Samaritan Willamette Valley Open MRI, Samaritan Valley Imaging Services, Samaritan Mid-Valley Orthopedics, Samaritan Rebound Physical Therapy, Samaritan Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Specialists, North Albany Urgent Care and Samaritan Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy.

The Corvallis Clinic also serves the Albany community at three locations.  The Waverly Drive location offers appointments with specialists in allergy & immunology, neurology, nutrition services, oncology, pulmonary medicine, and complete occupational medicine services. On-site laboratory and radiology services are available, as well as a weekly anticoagulation clinic.

Doctors serving North Albany, the physicians in North Albany Village specialize in family medicine and internal medicine. In addition to treating acute illnesses such as colds, flu and viral symptoms, they offer preventive health care services, physicals, immunizations, well baby checks and gynecology care. On-site laboratory and radiology services are available, as well as a weekly anticoagulation clinic.

Quick Care is their new Immediate care clinic, located on the property of Heritage Mall. They are open 7 days a week from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Children under 2 years of age not seen at this location.

The community also is served by a fully equipped ambulance service, including Life Flight, an independent outpatient dialysis unit and free medical care via InReach Clinic for uninsured families, and Lifeline, a personal response service for homebound individuals.
